Rulings on seeking refuge and basmalah:

Seeking refuge is a mustahabb Sunnah, and it is required when reciting the Book of Allah - the Most High - even though it is not from it.


Allah Almighty says: (So if you read the Quran, seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.)


It is worth noting that the Basmalah It is the saying “In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful,” and it must be read by Imam Hafs at the beginning of every surah except Surat al-Tawbah.


Noon and the provisions of the static Tanween:

There are four rulings for the consonant noon or tanween in the case of raising, accusative, and ablative, which are as follows:



Slurring is defined in the language: as inserting a thing into a thing, as for a terminology: it is the meeting of a consonant with a vowel so that they become an accentuated letter like the second, and the tongue is raised at one height, and the consonant noun or the tanun is struck after it occurs after one of the following letters: Ya, And the raa, the mim, the lam, the waw, and the noon, and they are collected in the word (yarmoon), and it is divided into incomplete compression and complete compulsion, Allah Almighty said in Surat Al-Baqarah: (or as a crossbow of one).



Iqlab comes in the language in the sense of diverting something from its face, as for the idiom: it is the heart of the consonant nun or the tanween, taking into account the ghannah. And it is the Baa, and it comes in a word, as Allah Almighty says: (He will prophesy), and it comes in two words, as the Almighty says: (Hearing, seeing).



The manifestation in the language is the meaning of the statement, as for the idiom: it is the output of the letter from its output without singing, and the six letters of the tashur are: the hamza, the ha, the eye, the ha, the gin, and the Kha, and they are called the letters of the throat, so the consonant nun or the tanun is pronounced without singing with showing The letter that follows them is independent of them, as the Almighty says: (Stop one).



Concealment in language: the concealment, as for the idiom: it is the pronunciation of a consonant non-accented letter, and it has a characteristic between showing and doubling, with the song remaining in the first letter by two movements, and its letters are: al-sad, al-zhal, al-thaa, jim, shin, qaf, sin, and kaf, Al-Dhad, Al-Dha'a, Al-Zai, Ta, Al-Dal, Al-Ta’a, Al-Wafa, the example of which is the words of Allah Almighty: (About their prayers).
